To provide 1:1 personalised guidance for Portfolio Pathway applicants in Trauma and Orthopaedics to improve their chance of getting on the Specialist Register

Provide support and guidance to aspirants with BIOS mentors
Enhance BIOS vision of supporting career development and progress to such aspirants in the field of Trauma & Orthopaedics
Navigate Specialty Specific Guidance (SSG) and gather evidence for submission of the Portfolio Pathway
Targeted support for two years to submit Portfolio Pathway / CESR application
